Payment

I accept Paypal and credit cards via Paypal. Other forms of payment can be arranged for local orders. I do not accept e-checks.

Shipping

Current turn around time can be viewed on the top of the main page. Order times can vary depending on my work load and the size of your order.

In the event that you need your order quickly I do have Rush Ordering and Express Mail options available, just shoot me an email :)

I offer standard domestic shipping via USPS.

I offer First-Class world wide shipping. I cannot give an accurate shipping time for international orders, it can vary from 10 days to 6 weeks. International customers are responsible for all import taxes, customs duties and/or fees associated with their respective country.

Items will be shipped to the address listed on your paypal account. Please make sure the address is correct. I am not responsible for misguided mail due to incorrect address information. If you need your item shipped to a different address please let me know.

Refunds and Exchanges

You may request a refund/exchange withing 14 days of receiving your item. If I have made an error on any item and the item is still in new and unused condition I will gladly refund your money only after I have received the item. Items returned must be in new/unused condition. I reserve the right to refuse or deny a refund on any item sent back if I determine it is not in new status.

In the event of a return/exchange the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and refunds will not include shipping.

Due to the nature of digital items, I do not offer refunds.
